Fair & Transparent Terms

We understand that international travel schedules can change due to flight disruptions or unforeseen personal circumstances. Our cancellation rules are structured to be as fair and flexible as possible:

Standard Day Tours & Airport Transfers

  • • More than 72 hours before scheduled departure: 100% full refund (minus any non-refundable banking/credit card transaction fee).
  • • Between 72 hours and 24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • • Less than 24 hours before departure or No-Show: Non-refundable (100% cancellation charge applies as vehicles and drivers have been dispatched).

Severe Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of severe typhoons, government-issued travel advisories, or major flight cancellations where transportation cannot safely proceed, NIHON TOURS AND TRAVELS will gladly reschedule your tour at no extra charge or issue a full refund upon verification.
